Trainer and Leader Coach, ACC
Cenk Doğru had graduated from Boğaziçi University Industrial Eng’g department in 1985 and received MS degree in the same field in 1987.
Following a service as research assistant at Boğaziçi University, he started his professional career at “White goods (Arçelik)” and “Pharmaceutical (Pfizer)” industries. He took place in the start up of “Delphi Automotive Systems Turkey” in 1989 and assumed various roles as Country Logistics Manager, Country Quality Manager and Istanbul Plant Manager until 1999. He played a critical role during the growth of the company to 6000 heads,as Country HR Director between 2000-2007 and Managing Director between 2007-2014.
In a business climate which can be characterized by intensive internatinal competition, flexibility, continuous improvement and world class operational performance, he worked on creating a culture where main pillars are transparency, engagement and value creation by all stakeholders. He led the establishment of mentoring processes and a coaching culture to spread within this context. He personally served many managers and hi-pot employees as a mentor and a coach, recognized as a role model and received “Delphi Global Mentoring Award”.
He received coaching training from Adler Cenral Europe and holds ACC accreditation from ICF. His coaching formation has been enriched by “ORSC (Organisational an Relationship Coaching)”, “Supervision – European Mentoring & Coaching Council” and “TA – Transactional Analysis Association” trainings. Besides, he attended numerous leadership training programs during his professional management career and conributed to Delphi’s various training activities as facilitator and co-leader to set the tone at the top.
Cenk Doğru is a member of ICF, EMCC and BUMED. He has been a member of automotive committee of ISO (Istanbul Chamber Of Industry). He had participated the volunteer mentoring program for senior class students at Boğaziçi University as a personal social responsibility project.
